FVG Entry Strategy Configuration

Configure per-index FVG (Fair Value Gap) entry rules. When enabled, the engine checks for FVG signals at each candle boundary and places BUY orders automatically. Single-leg target applies when 1 position is open; double-leg target applies when 2 or more legs are open.
